About Redang
Redang introduces a contemporary new Kaiseki, a Japanese course dinner with many dishes, inheriting the traditional serving style but adopting an innovative combination of the best seasonal food from around the world.
Redang also offers plenty of vegetable locally grown here in Osaka.


A large selection of Sake is awaiting to make the dining more enjoyable. Owner chef who is a Kikizake-shi, a certified Sake sommelier, will select the best Sake for your entree and moods of the day. Sake is also a seasonable product at Redang. You will find the best Sake of the season.


You may also enjoy an intriguing atmosphere created by an uniformity of the exterior, interior, plates, music and food.

Owner biography
Owner Chef Yuki OKAMOTO profile born in July 4, 1976
Started cooking career at 21. After graduating from Tsuji Hotel & Restaurant Technical College served at 「ChikuYotei」 and 「Nadaman」. At 25, crossed the sea to Taiwan as a chief chef at Consulate (Embassy) of Japan at Taipei then moved to Australia as a sushi chef at Japanese restaurant, after that to Hyatt Regency Saipan as a chief chef at Japanese restaurant 「Miyako」. February 2008 opened Redang at Osaka Tanimachi 4-Chome.
